Mrs. Mridula Bhattacharjee is the founder of Anandam. She is the rector & secretary of this institution. She completed her education from Viswa Bharati university, Shantiniketan and selected as a lecturer but within a couple of days she refused it and started her own dream Anandam with a view to imparting education in sylvan surrounding, more or less on the line followed in “Santiniketan” and to develop the country side people of Sheakhala & surroundings. Now Anandam serves its education 10 kilometers diameter surrounding of sheakhala. She established Anandam not only as a school, rather it is a family. Here all staffs & students are the family members(Anandamian) and maintain the Anandam Culture.

The Chief Operating Officer (Debajyoti Bhattacharjee) is an experienced training & assessment (examination industry) individual/consultant who has approximately eight (8) years experience for implementation & conduction of various examinations all over India. He was the head (Exam Implementation) east & south region of India in Rainmaker Training & Recruitment Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Bhattacharjee graduated from IIMT under Viswa Bharati University with BBA(E-Business) degree. Further he completed his Post Graduation (PGDAM) on applied management from NIS Academy. Finally he polished himself by EMBA from IIBM with dual specialisation (Marketing & HR), here IIBM also honored him an Excellence certificate in Human Resource Management . Mr. Bhattacharjee joined Anandam in 2014 as "principal business consultant'.

The  Principal Mr. Pankaj Kumar Bhattacharjee had completed his education from Ashutosh College , Kolkata.  He was enjoying his life in his own ampule manufacturing factory in kolkata, but  in 1984 he was invited by the rector to built Anandam. And from that time onwards he has been successfully managing the principal post of Anandam.

Mr. Utpalendu Basu is the Sr. Executive (Back Office) had completed his education from  Bidhan Chandra college under Burdwan University and started his career in South City college, kolkata. There he enjoyed 38 years with several post. He retired from there on 2009 with duel designation “ Administrative Officer(South  Calcutta accommodation & coordination  committee) and the Head Clerk (Heramba chandra College). Mr. Basu joined Anandam in 2014 as honorable consultant.
